Our classes provide something for everyone!

Hatha yoga is the physical practice of yoga. All styles of yoga come from this practice. The asana or poses are uniquely designed to align the muscles and bones of the body around the main channel of the spine, thus freeing up the energy and relieving pain.

Beyond the physical practice, yoga is unique because we connect the movement of the body and the fluctuations of the mind with the rhythm of the breath. Through this process we are able to observe our thoughts and recognize habitual patterns, empowering positive change.
