Join us for this monthly Candlelight Reflect and Restore Event designed to calm the mind and relax the body. Your first 45 minutes focus on yoga poses that promote restoration, renewal and relaxation. Each pose is carefully placed to allow for release throughout the body using a variety of postures from slower yoga styles such as yin and restorative. Tools and props are used to support the body in various areas to allow for even deeper relaxation. The second half of the class is a guided Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, that-create the ultimate peaceful experience for both the mind and body
